So, here I am.

This image is the perfect visual representation of what it’s like to start a business. There’s risk and nerves and doubt and so much unknown, but that’s the best part because nothing is more exhilarating than standing at the precipice with the realization that anything could happen. Even so, I’d be lying if I told you that this first step isn’t terrifying. That’s what true courage is, though - being scared and doing it anyway. So, here I am.

Now, why are you here? What topics can I shed light on as a professional in talent acquisition? What conundrums keep you up at night or plague your team during the day? What subjects are you too busy to research or would you simply benefit from a fresh perspective? Whatever they may be, I can’t wait to discuss them here.

This will be a quarterly blog designed for the TA community including clients, TA professionals, HR professionals, hiring managers, probably my mom and really anyone interested in diving deeper into topics relevant to talent acquisition. I can’t promise this blog will solve your problems, but I can promise to keep it useful, interesting and honest - sentiments I hope you will share.
